The first based on the original book (1° Book), the second on Mattimeo (3°) and the third on Martin the Warrior (6°).
I've gone into detail before about my favorite character from the Redwall series: Scurl Droptail. He's described as a newt in the book Mattimeo, but in the TV show he's a frilled lizard. I credit him with first turning me into a fan of scaly characters!

@PuccaNoodles I loved Redwall! They had to make some key changes from the books for kids television (man the books were violent) but I loved Mattimeo the most, partly because Tim Curry was the main villain.
