The Metabarons by Jodorowsky and Gimenez, for me, is one of the best ever conceived graphic novels in the history of the artform itself. I just go back and back to look at this amazing piece of art. The Best Jodorowsky and the Best Gimenez. Ever.

The Sulaco from Aliens has a special spot in my heart, ANY battlecruiser from the homeworld series (hiigaran/kushan, Taiidan or vaygr).

Either way none of those are obscure, that has to go to thecetacyborg battleship from the Metabarons, a giant living battlecruiser whale.

If they're using the Jodorowsky's Dune as a guideline, that has already been expanded on by Jodorowsky and Juan Giménez as "The Metabarons". It wld have been cheaper to just make a Metabarons franchise than pursue this route.

What I'm really saying is make Metabarons!
