The Carlists were a conservative monarchist faction within the Nationalist camp, recognisable by their red berets and the Cross of Burgundy flags (both of which featured heavily in Nationalist propaganda).
Unbeknownst to the System-11 Rebels, the floating castle was still guarded by a single monarchist corvette. As the mechs made landfall upon the castle's surface, the GEV set off with the intent of hunting down the 'Agitprop' while the garrison fought off the rebels.

A rather odd intermediate aquatic mech, used by monarchist forces to help guard their floating cities. Underwater, they fold into a rounded form, only opening weapon bays to launch torpedoes. On surfacing, they morph into a burly quadruped form bristling with guns.

Kingdom of Sond GEV, armed with a pair of high velocity cannons and wing mounted missile arrays. These GEVs were vital to the monarchists for tracking and harassing System-11 revolutionaries, however their defensive military doctrine made aggressive sorties a rarity.
