- Base HP reduced from 575 to 550
- Base armor reduced from 21 to 18
- W base damage changed from 100 - 300 to 85 - 305
Everyone's doing it so why not. Kinda lost the urge to play waiting for balance patch tbh lol. I think a lot more teams/characters become viable with top tier nerfs. i'm probably biased against 18 lol #dbfz
Gangplank nerfs:
- P base damage reduced from 55 - 310 to 50 - 250
- E recharge time increased from 18 - 14 seconds to 18 flat
Maokai nerfs:
- Q HP damage increased from 2% - 3% to 2% - 4%
- E base damage reduced from 55 - 155 to 50 - 150, empowered unchanged
- E damage AP ratio reduced from 35% to 25%, empowered reduced from 70% to 50%
- E slow AP ratio reduced from 4% per 100 AP to 1%
Azir nerfs:
- Base mana reduced from 480 to 350
- Mana growth increased from 21 to 38
- W attack speed with 3 soldiers reduced from 15% - 55% to 15% flat, passive attack speed unchanged
- W recharge timer increased from 9 - 6 seconds to 10 - 6
- W AP ratio reduced from 55% to 50%
Anivia nerfs:
- Health growth reduced from 96 to 92
- Armor growth reduced from 5.2 to 4.9
Samira nerfs:
- P bonus movement speed per stack changed from 3.5% flat to 1% - 4% (1/6/11/16)
- R lifesteal effectiveness reduced from 66.6% to 50%
SEER NERFS
Heartbeat Sensor now has a charge up time, is not activated instantly when Seer's puts his hands up
Passive info is now based strictly on heartbeats, the yellow indicator has much less vibrant but does pulse
Ultimate cooldown increased, ultimate duration reduced
