What I found out from writing again:

Rhythm is very innovative and determined. Hyper is very considerate and wise. When you put them together they're either extremely serious or they share one brain cell. There is no in between.

In all honesty, he'd probably swim with a shirt on too. Any kind of references to clothing is WAY more applicable to the anthros, some things just wouldn't be possible with normal ponies.
