とりあえずノートPCが軽くなるようにゴミファイルを一掃したり設定をいじったりしましたが不調は変わらず。

試しにOneDriveにデータ移したらメモリの負荷が減りマシにはなりました。

が、OneDriveのせいで今度はCPUに負荷がかかりかなり動きが悪い。

最終手段はPC買い替えか・・・。
