OrangeTheory benchmark day. 1.6km on the treads, I got 6:58, I feel like it’s nowhere near my best but considering I’ve not been 100% I think that I did ok.

A more accurate reflection of my 2018. I'm a lot fitter and lost a lot of weight. Been doing lots of gym classes (Orangetheory), Park Runs and cycling. Worked my way down from 96kg to 79kg (or 212lbs to 174lbs).
