Pokemon Sun and Moon illustration I painted... 3 years ago? I wasn't satisfied with the faces so I did a little overpaint.
@arssene890 Here is the output from Blender, and I overpainted it.
8/11
Overpaint it for the final time, and get this as the final piece:
P.S. I had timelapse of all overpainting, but I deleted the folder by mistake.
6/11
And used it as initiate image multiple times, overpaint and replaced parts multiple times again and again, and got satisfied with this one
started a racing miku 2020 overpainting bc i hate the old one

2018 vs 2023 overpaint
Or at least I think that was in 2018? I don't name my files very well lmao
Here's a pic that shows the blender base without the overpaint, and for reference, the original drawing from 2020
For the new version, I tried the overpaint metod
While it doesn't feel so intimidating anymore it's still rather tricky
#hulk - sculpted in @nomadsculpt with overpaints in @Procreate #marvel #fanart
wip of a commission so far. Still need to do the shading and then overpaint. Got alot to do Q.Q
Overpainting (for me at least) is just going over the rough brushstrokes of the "base layer" to make them smoother and tightening things up.
It's the "clean up" stage essentially that determines whether a piece is finished or not. https://t.co/VXu0eE1kRu
