This ghost has no name, has made no other appearances, and I haven't seen art for them so I included them as a bonus (plus an attempt at an official style) I call em Shiny.

The pac ghosts are surprisingly very fun to practice character design on. Not only have they had various different portrayals, but they’re just simply ghosts with gloves. I recommend deesigning pac ghosts.
