It's these pieces for me! I made the last one back in August based on Carracci's Pieta, and I think I learnt a lot from it! I love how baroque painters use dramatic light, deep shadows and the drama it gives, something I'd love to see in my own pieces.
@SHelmigh Thank you for the opportunity! I painted these based on El Greco's Penitent Magdalene, and Carracci's Pieta, of a Tarnished falling for the Frenzied Flame in his despair, and how his lover perceives his decision to forsake everything (OCs of @/VenenumTea and mine).

It would be these two for me. I based the first one on Carracci's Pieta, that was the first piece I really started to enjoy painting folds. For the second, getting the armour right was challenging.
