I couldn't finish Ansel today so here's how his face is lookin'! He's got brighter colors going on (being the plastron) but I think it'll work out just fine!
Is there anything on the head at least that I'm missing? Don't know if he had any marks under the mask.

For Weiss, I made her look like a fencer. That was something I really wanted to amp up with her design. Which is why she has the plastron. I added the transparent high low skirt to try and make her look more opulent and princessy.

The other specimen I illustrated is an exceptionally large entoplastron that was estimated to yield a carapace size of perhaps 1.2 meters. But since its part of the plastron, which the holotype does not preserve, it cannot be properly assigned to Drazinderetes. (4/10)

Might do a clean and fully colored version of that drawing someday~

Also tried to adapt Naga Dragon shapes (plastron and stuff) to Grima!😊

A lot of male turtles' plastrons IRL are concave while female turtles' plastrons are either flat or round.

I can only guess when picking out which species each turtle should be that and probably came across this tidbit, which inspired the design.
