I love a lot the Popokarimu from Resident Evil 5, but I dunno if that counts like a kaiju.
It was indeed a big fluffy bat.

Popokarimu is a bat BOW made by TRICELL using the Plaga, symbiosis enabling repeated & complex genetic modification. Though the Plaga is exposed at the tail, the front became tough armor. It secretes a sticky spider silk-like substance from mucous membranes on the tail.
