Dino Fact!
Prosaurolophus (Before Saurolophus) is a hadrosaurid from Late Cretaceous North America! Like many other hadrosaurs, it also had a head crest! It was quite small, triangular, and positioned in front of the eyes! Hollow spaces called (1/2)
Art by Masato Hattori!
Next dinovember drawing, prosaurolophus maximus this time. And again there are 2 versions.
Btw, all drawings for this dinovember are made with limited color palette which can lead to interesting color combinations

Finally finished! Prosaurolophus maximus for the Stewart Museum. On to Stegosaurus! #dinosaurs @Ogdendinopark
Reviewing my hadrosaur necks in light of the Parasaurolophus paper. Maybe a little scrawny in the earlier ones but I think the Prosaurolophus from earlier this year is ok... The drumsticky calves need revising tho. Any paleos with thoughts?
#FossilFriday again? How about this cool skull of Prosaurolophus @MuseumofNature
