Another idea I had in mind was Tails giving everyone their own Miles Electric so they can communicate with each other. Rouge decided to get close while Tails was showing her how it works. I don't think he minds it~

While a lot people pair them so Tails can get with the hot girl, personally I think Tails could be a character than could get Rouge open up and be more willing to connect with others without snark. He's such a good boy he's disarming XD
