I have a question. What is your favourite extinct dinosaur (avian and non-avian), pterosaur, non-ornithodiran reptile and synapsid?

I would have to go with Allosaurus europaeus, Dearc sgiathanach, Varanus priscus and Inostrancevia alexandri

I just think they’re neat

-mass! Like other gorgonopsians, it possessed a pair of extra large canines, also commonly referred to as "saber teeth"! Similarly to other creatures that have canines like these, Inostrancevia likely used them to deliver fatal bites to its prey! (2/2)

Art by Amin Khaleghparast!

Little Inostrancevia in a watercolour style to hide the fact I don’t know sh*t about anatomy.

On November 29th, it will be the 100th anniversary of Inostrancevia! I hope to see a lot of Inostrancevia art and appreciation that day.

But anyway, have a lil pupper in these trying times.

I love these 4: orthoceras, spinosaurus, paraceratherium, and inostrancevia.

Inostrancevia couple.

The art portraits a younger male copulating with a female. I wanted to avoid scaly skin and opted for vibrissae (whiskers) because, well...that's plausible.

Here's a few of mine! Thylacine, Short-eared Dog, Komodo Dragon, and Inostrancevia!

Clam, you get an underrated boi! Inostrancevia was a sabre-toothed therapsid; part of a transitional group between reptiles and mammals that existed before the dinosaurs came along! This boi was an apex predator, growing up to 11 feet with 6-inch incisors!
