I'm not an artist but I did come up with the design (dalerahregion on Instagram drew it for me)

My regional Rattata line (Normal/Poison for all) is based on plague rats going from sick to dying to dead

Finally got down to a concept I have been needing to do for a while now
Which is a Poison/Normal regional variant for Rattata and instead of evolving to Raticate, it evolves into Ratiking, a Rat King based regional evolution
