What kind of practice? Blind Study! Which always ends in a 'Draw something using what you just studied as a basis' pic, if I like that pic well enough, I give it a bit of extra work and post it here.

If you felt discouraged by this, remember: he drew every single day for 100 days straight and was using references!
I think it’s unfair to yourself to compare this to your own art, doing anything with concentrated effort for 100 days should yield pretty drastic results!
