In technical terms, the "Goddess" that used to protect the city of Sandoria in Sand Zone, in "Digimon Xros Wars", bears a certain physical resemblance to a so-called Priestess Form of BeelStarmon. So technically she was in a Digimon animation in some form.

For evolution lines, I'd love for her to comfortably evolve from Silphymon, Karatenmon, Vulturemon, Baalmon, Holy Angemon, and Neo Devimon. It must maintain that "desert" theme that Sandoria had, without losing the avian feel of Beelzebumon.
