This is a fakemon with a boot jolokia motif that was designed before Scovillain came on the scene.
Its name is deascoville.
I was able to design the pointed shape of the jolokia as a rabid look, and it was quite convincing.

Scovillain is called Scovillain (スコヴィラン) in Japanese.

They have the same name in both languages.
If you aren't aware, this isn't very common in Pokemon names. In fact, only 3 more Paldean Pokemon have the same name in both languages.
