I don’t keep much of my process, so it might not be very helpful, but I draw pretty much like other illustrators!
I start by roughly sketching the shape, add basic shading, then refine the details until it’s complete!

@Kato_Shuu2 Mostly this from 2023-2022. Thicker sketchy lineart, simpler shading, mostly relying on gradients, less attention to detail, but remember it being faster
honestly if you add some blue to your shading, the color choice looks something outta an early 2000s game concept art style

I got a new Skeb in, this one from @PARADOX42_VRC who does really great cyberpunk styled pieces. I really love their coloring and shading, as well as how cool Mei's pose is! They did a fantastic job!
