Crazy how Kubo's recent comments on Ichigo's true Bankai & scabbard recontextualises Sayafushi's incompleteness as foreshadowing for Zangetsu. An incomplete sword.

Really cool & interesting seeing my top 3 rn all draw the same character. Both Horikoshi & Gege did justice imo. Different vibes, different intent. I'm also a big sucker for the mad scientist trope & Mayuri Kurotsuchi is one of my favourites among them. 🔥👌🏽

This is so clean. Ichigo's iconic point the sword at the enemy before going Bankai habit/battle cry. 🔥 I used to scream whenever this happened. Knowing exactly what was going down next. I'd be shouting Bankai to the enemy also, 😅👏🏽
