Just imagine some sort of a connection or inspiration here...

These 2 are seeming like Shihoin & Tsunayashiro ancestors. I wouldn't be surprised if there was a mamber from each of the 5 noble houses in the original gotei.. 🙌🏽

All 4 official versions.
Zanka no Tachi reminding me of when Byakuya said there's no way a Bankai could be that small lol. Though tbh that's just the aesthetic. Effective range was the entirety of SS at least, from what we know. 🙌🏽

Kubo's episode sketches look so good as seperate pieces. I need a new project where characters actually look/dress like this. 🔥 👌🏽

I'm disgusted by how hard they went on this. 💀 👏🏽

Both moments felt nostalgic & maybe even intentional since Quilge was just downplaying Aizen in the last episode.. Visually linking moments to subtly hype up the Quincy feels on brand for Kubo. Despite how wrong we all know/knew Quilge was about Aizen..

One of the most impressive things about Aizen is how he's able to hatch these layered plans which result in multiple intended targets acting exactly how he wants them to, while they're convinced with such conviction that it was all their own idea..

Ichigo's enhanced regen no doubt played a big part in recovery & growth during Soul Society; evident by the mask's protective manifestations..
Hanataro's help coincidentially protected him from further questioning on the matter by 'masking' the issue.. 😅

Cool part about Hogyoku lore is that it implies Aizen himself was capable of manipulating life/souls. Makes sense as this wasn't unique among top brains. What's interesting is Aizen going to such lengths/risks for the Hogyoku may imply impatience & I'm curious why..

This gotta be the Grimmjow equivalent of that Ichigo getting sonned moment. Felt just as humiliating..

I have my own theory of what Ichigo's true Bankai ability actually is & it's not nearly as glamorous as fate manipulation etc. 😅
An extension of my theory is that imo Ichigo's Bankai first manifesting as a speed boost was actually subtly influenced by...

My initial gut response was 'why are they spoiling the Uryu reveal?' lmao. Sometimes I forget how long the Manga's been out. Community has been too strong to notice. 👏🏽

Ima need this Schutzstaffel moment to be an upgraded version of that Top 3 Espada reveal. 🙏🏽

I get it lol. Ryoka invade & are presumed human. Everyone underestimates them & they have the element of surprise. Squads scramble in search without co-ordination, stretching themselves thin. Biggest wtf, 3 of them are at a seated officer level & growing..

Characters etc inserted as shortcuts can either bother me or not. Depends on how/how much they impact the story I guess. Here Hanataro didn't bother me as he simply gave us directions and yet also added to the risk as dead weight our MCs would still have to protect..

Orihime's 1st real fight & Kubo highlighted how it clashes with her core values. Part of her arc was to come to terms with the fact that she was useful & helpful enough, fighting her own way. Killing intent was the undeniable block I don't see people bring up enough.

Never really thought of it within this context before but Ganju without formal training actually managing to keep up with a seated officer -even one not going all out- goes to show how superior nobles are naturally. Ichigo & Ganju both demonstrating this.

The anime gave it a quick flash you could blink and miss but the Manga gave it a full on page to set in. The captain robe coupled with the big reaction, it was clear how revered Kisuke really was.
