Both of my Children's Books have been turned down by publishers for the exact same reason every time, though the funniest way they ever put it was "We don't want anything with any religion"

These shows among others were originally "rejected" by Toonami due to lack of initial fan demand &/or a competetor picked up exclusive rights first. But thanks to the persistence of Toonami & the fans, they eventually got over the hump.
