It would eventually be implied through ShiftyLook's web comic, Klonoa: Dream Traveler of Noctis Sol, that the events of all games in the series are canonized as dreams Klonoa had.
Happy Halloween everyone! I originally drew this in my sketchbook, but I decided to digitize it and post it.

The comics were eventually ended abruptly in March 2014 when ShiftyLook shut down, leaving the story to the series be unresolved. at least officially...
(Late Post, sorry) On this day, September 26th, the webcomic series Klonoa: Dream Traveller of Noctis Sol was released. It was made by the now defunct company ShiftyLook. The comics were drawn by Hitoshi Ariga & was a weekly series that was updated every Wednesdays & Fridays.
ShiftyLook may have closed their doors in 2014 but surprisingly you can still get the Wonder Momo and Bravoman webcomic books from Udon. They don't have many copies left apparently but it's interesting they still have them at all.

@WilliamAlexisV8 Es del webcomic que hubo en 2013, desafortunadamente fue cancelado debido a que la compañía que lo estaba haciendo, ShiftyLook, cerró su sitio y dejó de estar operativa
Reminder that there's an official Klonoa webcomic illustrated by Hitoshi fucking Ariga
That only lasted for 65 issues and then was left on a cliffhanger forever because Namco Bandai shut down ShiftyLook 🙃
@ErasedCannon I mean yeah, it's not like they released any Klonoa stuff between the Wii remake and this new remaster unless you count the ShiftyLook webcomic that didn't even get finished.
I'll upload my icon source first. recent drawing of shiftylook mappy x mad rat dead.

The 49th Namco character of the day is Wonder Momo but this time it's specifically the one from the Shiftylook series who's the daughter of the original one!
i always forget this is what goro is supposed to look like because his shiftylook design is so Iconic in my mind that's just how i picture him normally
The 39th Namco Character of the day is Wonder Momo but specifically the older one who's the mother of the Shiftylook one!
they should make a harvey birdman/shiftylook mappy style game or show or something where the entire cast is weird obscure nintendo characters like these. captain rainbow doesn't count
According to Brian Clevinger, the reason why Pac-Man makes motivational appearances in Namco High is because the folks at Shiftylook got stuck on figuring out how to progress the stories.
After running into this issue multiple times, they decided to make Pac-Man a running gag.
