The Swampy Summoner, he's just a guy with a bunch of friends. The bat slug sounds like Meowth & the summoner sounds like Skeletor, and the eyeball bats are brothers. They all live in a bog shack together.

Fun fact: an early concept for Dragon Blaster Skeletor was called "Smoke & Chains Skeletor." He had a bellows on his back that would pump talcum powder from his hand that would look like smoke. Unfortunately the "smoke" was flammable and was scrapped. /1
