I'm still trying out the new drawing program I've bought – Clip Studio Paint. I really like the smudging of paint while using the oil brush tool. It's fare better than the sketchbook app.

Lastly, I wanna talk about armor. Armor is definitely the hardest thing to draw consistently. But here’s what you do. Just draw the areas where light is meant to be reflecting, and surround it with heavy shading. Once you do that, use the smudging technique I mentioned.
