Recently, losing the opportunity to draw has made it challenging to achieve anything close to symmetry in my sketches, filling me with profound sorrow. Now, reviving my drawing routine as soon as possible has become my necessary task.

Edmond is a great parallel to Ritsuka.

His everyday life was stolen from him. He lost years of life, loved ones, and was consumed by sorrow. Despite that, he kept living and found joy.

Ritsuka's ending might not be too different from the Count's.

Depression. Tears. Sorrow.

This story brings the matters of misogyny and patriarch in a very wise, interesting way. No words to describe it, tbh. Just read it and let yourself be immerged in the deepness of the plot, characters (including secondary ones) and context.
