Another good 100% cotton paper is called Fluid by speedball. I get the 11x14 and cut half the sheets into smaller pieces.

The differences between North American and European covers are curious. Usually, it's a case of the European version being the better one? But in the case of this cover for Speedball? I prefer the US one. It's more evocative than colander-on-head guy standing awkwardly.
