Never really seen any gargoyle sonas, are there even any?! Don't think stones have gender so they can be enby!
Wilfrith and the Golem Stonemason premiers on @filthyfigments today, as the first of six monthly installments!
Wilfrith, an errant warwouf chances upon a castle being restored by golem artisans, and the standoffish stonemason catches his eye in this erotic short story.
“Spiral staircases in a castle were built that way to help fighting knights defend the castle.”
In fact, they were spiral to save space and to show the skill of stonemasons.

Over the last number of years through the @DH_Age project I have been working with @JohnFlynnArt to showcase some of the work I have recorded in 3D. These carvings have influenced the question of who were Irelands medieval stonemasons. Looking forward to sharing field work soon
A rather boring thread about old ways of cutting stone, which is redeemed in the end with a story about an anarchist bricklayer, and in which I also reveal the secret of the practically god-like powers of the stonemason (me).

Continuing on our adventures through Keyper-land, these next few buildings are themed around stone. If only there were emojis for various types of rocks! Just picture some cool little stone emojis here...
Anyway, these are Mine & Scrapyard, with Prospector & Stonemason up next.
#APeoplesHistoryofClassics 40/90. Stephen Smith, the autodidactic stonemason’s son in (autodidactic stonemason) Thomas Hardy’s A Pair of Blue Eyes (1873). He betrays his low class by his odd pronunciation of Latin, which he has learned from a correspondence course. @henrystead
Virtually unrecognisable today this 1824 painting looks from the edge of Clifton, across Queens Road, towards Royal Fort house in the distance. Stonemasons cut material to build the Park Place terrace in the foreground. https://t.co/9GZmp38ivF
