I've been sitting on this beta-kinda-but-also-kinda-hd-but-not-super-hd Demoman for a bit. He doesn't have all the flexes yet, but otherwise he's pretty much complete! There are versions for TF2C and Open Fortress, as well as an untested version for Pre Fortress.
