Went to get food, came back and am feeling so much worse 😓

I've drank like 1.5ltrs of water/Powerade
I've been resting and taking meds
But u got home and couldn't stop shivering and now I'm burning up
My tonsils are so swollen I cry when I swallow water

I hate this ;;;
