compare XP's tileset to VX era or MV
yeah sure xp was desaturated but I think it makes the tileset blends well to the surroundings.
MV and VX era kinda felt garish/bold. I think the more realistic texture it had, the more uncanny it looked with grid/non parallax maps
Ultimately, I found the game to be gorgeous and full of life
The characters, intentionally uncanny, I find to be pretty compelling upon reflection. (Amelia kino)
For the Gothic Lolita character designs that inspired many works after, I was pleased with seeing as early as 2000
played soul hackers and gargantua's one of peak KNK's design despite only appearing once as a boss
it's so creepy/uncanny valley I like it
doesn't mean 4 sucks though, well it's sad they removed the "real" gameplay (fashion shows) for expanded lore but eh.
I preferred 1 and 4's cel shading instead of trying to be super 3d like 2 and 3 (which looks uncanny looking imo), cel shades ages better. Also 4's OST is 🔥🔥
This is some uncanny valley horror shit but ah
I think I just created my own nightmare https://t.co/bqPyjTwbtT
So... I finally made a One piece OC.
All due to the idea I've been imagining today.
A what if Luffy and the crew met someone who, very uncanny, looks and sounds like Ace.
Thus... Jean was made. ✏️✏️✏️

me: I kind of want to see Neuvillette with his hair down, not dressed up
friend: mirror the non-slick part
me: uncanny
does anyone else remember the 2001 version of madoka magica where they made kyubey really uncanny for some reason

X-MEN (1992) is side-scrolling Beat 'Em Up from KONAMI
Initially available as a 6-Player Cabinet, it also had 4-Player and 2-Player versions. But no one could argue that 6 friends playing it together was an UNCANNY experience!
