I actually like the premise a lot.

Ok but seriously, saying that the FFs don’t belong is kinda of a bleh take.

I actually find them quite unique.

They contrast all of the magic-wielding and use traditional skills (swordsman, computer savvy, cyborg enhancements, etc) which makes them stand out in a diverse way.
