@SonaDrawzStuff this is valken they are a "jinxsona" (but i'd consider them an oc more) they also have a humanized version for people who cant draw them also
they are based off the character Named Jinx owned by TrueJinxer! (he's fine with this character existing)

@DreamsBell honestly it's a limitation of the way they animate and they didn't want to mess with it just for one unit. they probably had a system in place that would just move the sprite sections on points in code.
Assault Suits Valken does this too, which alot of the same staff worked on.
