This is the Decepticon counterpart to Paddles, using the same gimmick. G1 Scourge's alt mode was always ambiguous, so I just made him a straight up hovercraft.

Here's another concept. This one is much more of a random merch concept than a mainline toy concept. Basically you flip up the toys and they sorta 'twist' as they turn, changing from water skiis to surf boards.

Okay... so I was asked to do Beast Wars Megatron AS a rubber ducky for my and I loved the idea... it breaks the alt mode theming, but I couldn't resist.

So here's a much bigger design for my designs. An Optimus Prime!! The idea is to make part of the toy inflatable with a built in air pump, but it wouldn't have an absolute seal so he'd slowly deflate as you play.
