I really do appreciate these scenes with Jake. we don't often get moments like these with Jewish characters in comics these days, like I can't remember the last time I've seen Yiddish in a recent comic and it is just so nice to see in these last two issues.

Both 616 and 1610 have been depected Pete as Christian so its safe to say that Marvel comics definitely defined Spidey's religion as Christian.

As for the Yiddish slang(oy, tokhes, or mishugas for example), he picked it up because he's from queens. (High in Jewish population)
