What a beautiful and terrible story. The themes and imagery in Zerxus' arc gave me some big ole Berserk vibes, so tried to incorporate some of the art style from the manga!

I wanted to show the strong bond between Zerxus and Nydas, hence the matching red ("bounded in blood"). Nydas supported Patia materially, but also acted as a stabilizer of the group, so a strong pose like a fist was fitting (6/🧵)
