Angewomon sculpt. Still have a hard time with hands and feet, but using Zspheres to make the body helped out a lot!

Omg I just found this old 3D creature model I made when learning about Zspheres and adaptive skins in Zbrush from back in uni! Flashbacks! 😳💕

2nd exercise - this time creating a base mesh/armature using zspheres. I really enjoyed working on this guy 🐙

Happy This month I'm doing animal studies! I started with some zspheres and roughed it out to this so far. Still lots of go, but I'm really enjoying the process of studying its forms.

I'll be recording it all for the FRENZY too.

I needed to understand how to make a braid first. It wasn't that long anyway, it was like 3 braids long.

It wasn't so hard. Learning how to do it in real life (while being attacked by a cat) helped a lot!

When I did CM's 3 strand braid, I did it with Zspheres and I had regrets.

Second zBrush sculpt, based on an old undead-birdie drawing I did. Also tried zSpheres, which worked surprisingly well.

Did something a little different in the stream today! Sculpted this Nevrean (from Vilous) from zspheres to... mostly formed! May pick him up now and again on stream in the future~

(If you have no clue what a nevrean is, check out https://t.co/CDIafYEWiP !)

Been burnt-out and scared but ready to get back into 3D. Experimenting & first time starting out with Zspheres instead of polyspheres. Let's see how far we can take this wolf.

Did an *extremely* quick mock-up last night to see how I was feeling about proportions before I revisit the zspheres model. Gryphon

Here's my
I usually start with zspheres and chonky rough blockouts for silhouettes!

can see a single zsphere, and then you basically attach another to it and so one til you get something like the second image. Then when you are done press A you can see using the Zspheres you can create a very basic mesh to start shaping

Forgot to make some updates on this guy. Fixed some errors I made while making the body with ZSpheres, like how the legs were too short and that some areas were too thin.
Still needs work, but it's better than before.

ZSpheres are fun. I will flesh out this big boy and have him ready to hit the beaches this summer!

Having fun with Zspheres for tree blockouts. 😊

Super cool little addon, Meta Character Maker creates a base-mesh creation process using mirrored metaballs, loosely based in the zSpheres workflow. It also has a character library including dinosaurs, insects, humanoids and more. https://t.co/00qs1VqiBu
