Sasha. This time, instead of fighting with her inner self (like Commander Anne), she's fighting the old image of herself that others have, specifically Darcy/Marcy and Grime.
He calls her"the queen of manipulation" which sure, that was her character before, but not anymore.
Especially after seeing the consequences of her actions. She still has a lot of work to do, but this is the first stand, her turning point, the rejection of her dreams and wishes to give Anne and Sasha the liberty to choose for themselves.
While we also see Sprig and Polly's strong bond to the other family they have, the Boonchuys. I think the fight/dance scene it's an amazing way to show their determination to save their family, and to face their fear for the people that they love.
The Plantars. We know how bad the herons affected their family After the Rain, but this episode really shows the trauma behind it, which is great to understand a little more Hop Pop's actions regarding the music box.
