The scene was most likely added cause a lot of people got the wrong idea that vegeta was giving up during his kid buu speech

Honestly such an iconic fight and for a good reason, it has such a good back and forth especially in the manga

Loved the fight in the anime though I always felt the pacing was just a tad slow, I really wanted to see it remade at some point https://t.co/n8pCkQwSNz

Anime is still for the most part drawn on paper itself, its scanned in and then colored digitally instead of being painted over as a cel
The only part thats not "hand drawn" you could say is the coloring and post processing
