Deltra and Cuervo have a 7-year difference. While Deltra was under the care of GUDS, he was passed on to Cuervo for temporary guardianship, despite his constant protests.
Cuervo is heavy-set, so he was the best candidate to handle Deltra's rude antics as a teen.
This upcoming new look will be Spark's 3rd (3rd gen) design.

I love doing poses and action scenes. I'm familiar with sci-fi aesthetics, and I lean more in having a bright-palette/stylized art style.
TBH it's Cuervo, I just feel I haven't fleshed him out enough in the story.
