I finally got something to show! Here's a tiny WIP preview of some fan art I'm making of Lilac from @galaxytrail & @SDiDuro's Freedom Planet series. The art is currently flat and I haven't even begun to scratch the surface of what this rig can do yet, but it'll blow your mind!
Here's my first attempt and blocking out a character in Maya. I still got a lot to get familiar with (THERE ARE SO MANY TOOLS FOR 3D!!!), but I'm happy with the progress I'm making.
Early morning color sketch of Luna. Trying to hype myself up again before I go back to studying Unity and Maya.
@silly_chaotic I make 2D animations for video games and that's about it! Have a Kirby.
And because I'm never satisfied with my animations after the first post, here's an updated GIF. I added some color shifts to improve the illusion of depth.
I DID IT! I finally made a complete character rig (Kirby) using only a single image within @EsotericSoft's Spine Pro (circle w/ white fill and black stroke). This a major milestone for me personally as a 2D rigger because I've never seen anyone else do it. #madewithspine #kirby
1/3 I'm open up for commissions. Here are some examples of my Sketches, Line Art, Flats, Cel Shading, and Gradient work. I offer discounts for portrait and half body art. I also do comics and animations. DM me if interested. Link to my rates and rules in the follow up tweet.
Side pose done. I'm getting a better understanding of making 360 turns. One more view and then I can flip them to use a guides for the flip side. Paige belongs to @mikemichaelmic1
