Cyclizar is used by everyone, from regular Paldean citizens to villainous teams;
I think it is NOT legendary, but it seems obvious it'll tie into the mascots;
perhaps its evolution process itself will be what is legendary, giving us the 1st case of non-legend evolving to legend.

I do like these artworks (I think I said at one point they were the one good thing to come out of BDSP, so I'm not surprised that BDSP likely just happened to be the first game to USE them, not THE game to use them),
it's just that they felt kind of awkward in that role in BDSP.

Mascot Legendary Pokémon are essentially your All-terrain mode of transportation in this game.

I honestly like it, because they're deliberately designed for this role.
- better than "a ridiculously versatile bicycle"
- better than "random ride-Pkmn that don't even belong to you"

Probably one of the less exciting regional forms to most,
but I'm slowly realizing I like it more than Sirfetch'd itself;
it gives off a completely different vibe
and the "STRONK MASSIVE LEEK➡️Fighting type" idea is so fun and unexpected😂
