the more I work on these Halo L4D2 mods. the more I realize i'm unofficially making Halo ODST 2 but w flood.

here's the H2A M6C w the SOCOM Barrel made by Noe Vah and Soda.

so I wanted to have fun so I loaded up the high poly MA5C made by @Vuthakral and slapped on the high res MCC MA5C textures. tried my best to convert the 2K PBR textures rather than use the ones made specifically for H3 PC.

shaders can use some tweaking but this is how it looks.

@GerardsJulien unfortunately no. it seems even the intro itself was all pre-rendered using the old model. thanks to tillice for finding the pre-rendered .mp4 file from the site

@CBR I mean it JUST started but it would be cool to the #TheRavenblackCourt adapted in some form in the future. thankfully w how it's made it could be adapted in either animated or live action.

it's got witches, talking birds, another world, focus on history, all in NYC.

made the FP model for the CE Ma5B more detailed by mirroring the detailed bits, adding the ejection port decal from the w model, and such. props to Splash damage for even baking normal maps for the ejection port decals.

it's a really subtle but nice touch from them.
