Looks solid so far!
But it seems like your arms and legs are synchronized on each side. They must moving different. (GIF)

Left Arm forwards = Left Leg backwards
Right Arm forwards = Right Leg backwards

You can also move 1 pixel up an down when a foot leaves/hit the ground.

Creating a new character which is cool AND interesting at the same time is really really hard and takes some time... Even with a few pixels 😫

That's how I started with pixelart 2 years ago :)
I have made a lot of progress since then. Especially with animations!
