Guys I've noticed something, in the scene we got of isshiki back when he was attacked by kaguya we can see that his wish Granting mallet symbol has two dots next to it but in all other scenes we've gotten of his back in the manga so far the Dots are not present. 🤔🤔 Interesting?

The reason Naruto has 9 Tomeo on his clothing is because Naruto power comes directly form the Otsutsuki, the 9 Tails is literally an Otsutsuki 10 Tails split into 9, the 10 Tails has 10 Tomeo in its eye so of course the 9 Tails would have 9 Tomeo as a representative of its power.
