I'm 99.9% confident that isshki Otsutsuki has the powers of No Kozuchi (The wish Granting mallet) we've already seen him used it in ch 24 and i predict he will Full establish it in the upcoming chapters. If confirmed, isshki will have the most overpowered Hax in Naruto's history.
