The ENTIRE speech is him talking about how Goku’s mindset towards fighting makes him the better warrior. It’s not saying “he’s better in every way” whatsoever. (1/2)

Also, he acknowledged that Goku’s MENTALITY was better, not that he himself was better.

@GalacticMj Goku Black had the edge in their first fight. In super saiyan, he was folding Blue Vegeta.
However, in their last fight, Vegeta was decimating Black with the god-to-blue switch, so I’d say Vegeta.

It is a transformation. Therefore, Super Saiyan Blue is two transformations being used concurrently.
