Chicken poached in genmaicha and finished with brown butter. Served with ponzu seared broccolini and a tea and rosemary infused buerre blanc.
I went bouldering for the first time. I survived. Managed to clear the beginner levels, and 2 of the intermediate levels. Time to let my hands and arms recover.
Went for malatang later. Donuts were a chance encounter - ended being worthwhile.
