Surprise! I still exist on this account!
I have been working on a project for #nanowadmo this year.
Like last year, the project is for vanilla Hexen. However, this time it'll be a hub of maps, rather than a straight-forward set of levels! Some screenies of what's here:
#blocktober and then within the same day I finish another map for #nanowadmo... This 20th map takes place entirely in an elevator that is moving down. During your trip, monsters and items will teleport in. I hope people won't mind the difficulty spike...
#blocktober is kind of over, but I'll still tag it. MAP15 of my #nanowadmo project is finished now...
I don't think many will like this one, considering the thin, slippery walkways...
At least you won't have to be everywhere in the map to be allowed to exit.
#blocktober MAP14 for my #nanowadmo project is finished. Lots of crushing going on in this one. Also, I upped the intensity on monster count because of the weapons you have.
While October is over soon, I won't release the mapset in its' current state. There's still 8 maps left.
#blocktober Map 12 for my #nanowadmo project is finished! It will require you to be a pig and fight monsters in that weak state! I find it very tough myself, and hope that continous play will soften the difficulty here a bit.
#blocktober The 9th map of my #nanowadmo project is.... A metallic place! A rusty metallic place! With doors that... function, just not very smoothly most of the time.
I'm pretty satisfied with how it turned out, gameplay wise. Visually? Not as much...
#blocktober #nanowadmo 4th map done. It's a mountain, and a pretty annoying one to climb, at that! But it's not because of what you'd expect, this one is pretty easily traversible on foot, were it not for the platforming and monsters in the way!
